Points were shared on Good Friday between Millwall and West Brom as we battle it out at The Den to secure a 1-1 draw.

A trip to London on Good Friday at The Den it was for the Baggies as we had to come from behind to secure a point to keep us in 5th place that gives us a secure position in those play off places.

Things got off to the worst start as again, we didn’t look at our best in the first half like we did at Huddersfield when Cedric Kipre made a defensive mistake that allowed Duncan Watmore one in one against the goalkeeper to give the Lions the lead on the 21st minute of the first half.

Millwall had two more chances before half-time as Michael Obafemi’s finish was saved and George Honeyman side-footed wide.

Half-Time happened and it looked like how we was at Huddersfield, in the second half we looked a complete different side. It took 67 minutes into the game when Grady Diangana earnt us a penalty and substitute John Swift took the ball to the spot with our fans torturing the Millwall fans and encouraging Swift we eventually equalized with Swift sending the ball to the bottom corner.

Then Mowatt should of made it 2-1 to us with his effort saved by the Millwall keeper Matija Sarkic. Matt Phillips came on with his first appearance since December.

It ended 1-1 with both sides not really making much chances to win the game. Next up for the Baggies is Watford at home on Easter Monday meanwhile Millwall travel to bottom side Rotherham who could get relegated over the Easter Weekend.
