Norwich have dumped the Baggies out of the FA Cup on Saturday afternoon after a 3-1 defeat at Carrow Road.

The Baggies have had a much changed team with youngsters Ollie Bostock and Harry Whitwell making their first senior starts. We had a goal disallowed early on whilst Josh Maja converted a rebound to see the offside flag go up.
Norwich took control and created a number of chances as Jacob Wright curled wide and Josh Griffiths brilliant denied Mathias Kvistgaarden’s volley.
The deadlock was broken in the half hour mark as Maghoma headed in from a corner that made it 1-0 to the hosts.
The Baggies went close before the break as Hindolo Mustapha almost sneaked in from a cross as Josh Griffiths pulled away an Kvistgaard opportunity down the other end.
The second half started the same again as Josh Maja saw another attempt disallowed. The striker was flagged offside for tapping in a close-range finish.
Max O’Leary denied Jacob Wright’s chance then Josh Maja finally got on the goal sheet on the 68th minute, Diakite played him through and the striker dinked in a nice equaliser over the Norwich keeper to put the scores level.
Then the Baggies had to endure another late heartbreak as more late goals of our opposition has happened again as Norwich found two late goals with Chrisene’s good effort that beat O’Leary and Toure’s header that has ended our hopes of the FA Cup for another season with Norwich reaching the 5th Round of the Cup.
Norwich City 3-1 West Brom
Goalscorers for Norwich City: Maghoma 31′, Chrisene 82′, Toure 90+3′
Goalscorers for West Brom: Josh Maja 68′
Another season it is and the Baggies would now focus on the Championship and ensure we avoid relegation, it be a tough task considering what has been happening in Ramsay’s first 7 games to date and no wins to his name means he needs to start to get off the mark with a big week coming up with Coventry and Charlton at home next week.
