Another defeat on the road for the Albion as they lost to Coventry City that means any chance of the play-offs now looks impossible.

It’s probably never going to happen again for us winning away from home is a distant memory as it’s now been 5 months since the Baggies has enjoyed one of those and might try and find Heggem and say get your Dad back on the away coaches as that was the last time we won an away game at Hull City.
An unchanged team was put out following last weekend’s win against Watford but we was behind inside six minutes when Coventry’s Jack Rudoni converted a low effort.
Josh Griffiths prevented Coventry from doubling the lead when pushing over Kitching’s header halfway through the first half.
The Baggies did try and find the equaliser before half-time, with Karlan Grant that saw his shot diverted wide, with Coventry leading at the break.
Coventry in the second half scored again, this time Grimes stole possession deep in our territory and fired past Griffiths.
Then West Brom was down to 10 men, with Callum Styles being shown a red card. We then pushed forward late on with Adam Armstrong having a goal disallowed and Kyle Bartley nodded wide, however, Coventry saw out the victory and gained all three points.

Another defeat on the road it keeps happening to us that is the reason why we haven’t secured a top six place this season, it is still possible and need Coventry to at least not gain more than 3 points in the final 3 games of the season. I cannot see it happening and I don’t think we would win our final 3 games with the way we been performing and Tony Mowbray as manager I do think he needs to step down come end of the season.
