The Baggies have extended their unbeaten run to the season as they came away 1-0 winners over Plymouth Argyle after Josh Maja added another goal to his goal tally to see Argyle off.

Only one change made to the starting line up where Uros Racic made his full debut for the club with Jayson Molumby missing out due to injury.
Albion certainly had the better of the opening 32 minutes – hitting the post an incredible three times – initially through Karlan Grant’s powerful effort and then via long-range Alex Mowatt and John Swift attempts. Tom Fellows also saw a shot well held by Daniel Grimshaw.
We nearly had the best opportunity in the 32nd minute when we hit the post three points through Karlan Grant’s shot and then via long-range Alex Mowatt and John Swift having an attempt. Tom Fellows also saw his shot saved well by Plymouth’s keeper Daniel Grimshaw.
Down the other end Plymouth had the best chance when we were caught napping, allowing Morgan Whittaker to steal possession and then shoot when Alex Palmer was on hand to make a strong save.
The Baggies thought they broken the deadlock near half time when Josh Maja tapped home only to look at the assistant referee’s flag was up for offside keeping the scoreline 0-0 at the break.

We finally managed to get the opening goal in the 62nd minute when Josh Maja finished off a fantastic move getting on the end of Racic’s cross and scoring his sixth goal of the season.
The head coach introduced Jed Wallace to make his 100th appearance, alongside a variety of other changes during the half.
We saw a off another victory to make it our 4th consecutive victory in the league and remain top of the Championship table. Next up is Sheffield Wednesday away next Saturday at 12:30pm where Plymouth Argyle face Luton Town in a Friday Night clash on Sky Sports at Home Park.
