The Baggies were close to all three points on Friday night as Leicester scored a late equaliser to prevent all three points as a point was shared at the final whistle.

As we was seconds away from securing our first win against Leicester at home since 2010, In the final moments the Foxes grabbed a late equaliser by a Nat Phillips own goal that resulted in a draw and has now kept us outside the play off places.

West Brom took a early lead after a flick by Aune Heggebø as Iling-Junior picked the ball up through the half way line and went through the Leicester defence by sliding home to put the Baggies ahead.

Leicester had more chances to come back as Jordan James curled one over and Ricardo Pereira poked wide from close range as Abdul Fatawu also fired over.

In the early stages of the second half, more chances from both sides as Josh Griffiths made a save to keep out Jannik Vestergaard’s header before Isaac Price hit a difficult volley into Stolarczyk’s arms.

Josh Maja almost should of got the winner as his effort went over the bar, but Leicester’s late effort earnt them a point as Nat Phillips late own goal prevented us from getting a win.
